Episode 25: Grind When No One is looking

We are wrapping up #ActionAugust! In Episode 25, my guest Rian Buckley CEO and Co-founder of Fitcode, a fashion data company that enhances the denim shopping experience by focusing on fit, not size brings it again. She encourages us all with great fervor to “Grind When No One Is Looking!”

Before she became a powerhouse CEO, Rian was an elite athlete at the University of Washington and a fashion model traveling the globe. Both of those experiences taught her to be disciplined, competitive and a wise ruler of her time. She reminds us there is always going to be someone smarter, prettier, stronger and more talented than you. If you can work harder than everyone else, you’ll get the results.  You have to be disciplined and do the work to win.

Special thanks to Larj Media for all the magic!

Episode 10: Be on your Guard...

On Episode 10 of the Success Bully Podcast, I’m putting you on high alert. I’m asking you to “Be on Your Guard.” I want you to put your goal/vision in a fortified castle with a moat and drawbridge.  Around this castle, you have an extensive armed guard the keeps watch day and night. As you’re working on the next big disruptive piece of technology, finally writing your screenplay, making a radical career change, launching a global business destined to touch the lives of millions, there will be naysayers who will not understand your vision. It's up to you to protect your vision!

Episode 09: If you don’t A-S-K, you don’t G-E-T

In haunting like fashion, I can hear one of my wise mentors say, “If you don’t A-S-K, you don’t G-E-T.”  In this week’s Success Bully podcast, I discuss the “Ask.” If you could ask for something that would put a jetpack on your back and propel you to your goal, what would that be? In my practice, I have seen a common theme of “Not knowing what to ask for” or “Asking too small.” I am challenging you to think about your golden egg as well as what you bring to the table.
