Episode 3: Ruling Your Time

In this episode, I encourage you to stop trying to manage your time!  Management implies that it has free will and a choice in behaving.  A time manager feels like a friendly fun-loving relationship like you could give it few well-placed excuses and completely get out of it.

I’m going big and crowning you Queen or King of your Time! Let’s move our mindset from manager to Monarch.  Rule over your time as it is the only commodity you cannot get back.  During my personal quarterly review, this need to better control my time was the red thread that traveled through every area of my life. Ruling my time will fast track me to my goals.

Episode 2: #FailedIt

One of my favorite subject areas is failure.  It’s still incredibly taboo to talk about failure. I consider myself a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in getting it wrong… relationships, career, money and even fashion choices (I nailed it on skincare...currently looking 10 years younger than I am).  BUT, it only takes one time to get it right. In the inaugural #FailedIt episode, we chat major failure with Catherine Cappa owner of Auntie Cathie’s Kitchen. We dive into her key learnings and how your truly can come back from anything.

Hello, World!

Episode 1: Falling off the Discipline Wagon

Success Bully was launched after what felt like a series of back to back personal and professional “Failures.” Personally, 2016 was one those years filled with more transition than actual progress. You name it and it happened.  At the end of the year, I dusted off my vision board and woefully looked at the goals I had set for myself late in 2015.  It was an eye-opening experience. Most areas I made no forward motion and in a few I actually moved in reverse.

This spiraled me into an inspired frenzy. What could I have done differently? The answer was ridiculously simple --  Have a plan and some good old fashioned accountability. Then I had a bigger epiphany, others need this too! And thus, Success Bully was born.  Success Bully is an accountability practice helping individuals and organizations develop SMART goals, break them into action plans with intentional accountability to exceed expectations.

This podcast will focus on sharing hacks, encouragement as well as insights from successful individuals to help you achieve more.
